Sales Support Summary

Our office in Hamburg, NY is hiring for a Sales Support position.  This is a full time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.  Applicants with retail and customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply!

Sales Support Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Processing and maintaining our existing customer base
• Building relationships with salesmen in hardwood/log industries
• Obtaining new accounts
• Checking product development
• Issuing international trade instruments
• Customer communication and service

Sales Support Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in customer service or support, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
