Docs Administrator Summary:

Our office in Hamburg, NY is hiring for a Docs Administrator.  This is a full time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.

Docs Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Assist with export transportation and documentation
  • Data Entry in Database, as well as Excel Spreadsheets
  • Any other responsibilities the manager may assign

Docs Administrator Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Capability to thrive in a fast paced environment
