Office Administrator Summary

Our Boonville, NY facility is hiring for an Office Administrator. This is a full time, entry level - permanent opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Recording sales
  • Making deposits
  • Inventory maintenance
  • Taking phone messages
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Preparing shipping documents

Office Administrator Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Office experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
